Price: The price you get is a function of the quality of the marketing you choose. Time and again sellers get less money for their property if they fail to choose  a firm that does what we do to sell your property.

Fiduciary Duties: We know our duties, believe in them and take them seriously. Since 1906 when Benjamin Banker and Colbert Coldwell refused to mix brokerage with buying and selling for their own account, we have not wavered from fulfilling our ethical responsibilities to those we serve.

Exposure:  To get the highest price, you must have the widest market exposure.  Our goal is maximum exposure of  the highest quality image to the largest audience,  whether through the print and Internet media, through co-brokering immediately with all NYC brokerage firms or through our premier network of agents in America.
