Concierge:So that you can save valuable time and money, our full time concierge will be your helper. We can assist you in arranging the movers, painters, carpenters, plumbers, contractors, and more. Maps, pictures, brochures and more...: Your comprehensive relocation packet will include everything about your new home. We'll include our exclusive Buyer's Guide magazine that will give you a quick graphic orientation to listed properties and neighborhoods. And we'll even send it all out next day delivery so you can begin your transition to New York in a New York minute.

When you get here: Our relocation counselors will meet with you in person if necessary. However, usually we will have made you feel right at home before you get here, so we'll set right out into the marketplace. Matching your needs with a property counselor, the fun part begins: seeing property in New York.

Temporary housing assistance: If you need a short-term furnished rental (or any type of temporary housing assistance), we have agents who specialize in just that. Your relocation counselor will connect you to experts in this field and get you settled quickly.

Market information, area tours: Our professional and highly experienced relocation agents undergo special training just for handling the needs of transferees. They are sensitive to your needs and they know the neighborhoods, the buildings, and the ins and outs of New York.

Single Point of Contact: Your relocation counselor is your single point of contact and accountability to service your relocation needs.
